having a 10 out of 10 rating does not allow for improvement.Both my husband and i had an enjoyable time in store and Julies knowledge of the beds we tried out was very intersting.looking forward to my bed arriving.yours faithfully susan hendry.

I always think that if I give top ratings that people could be complacent, so I never rate with top marks.
