I was satisfied with everything in the store, staff very helpful and made sure we where buying the right mattress for us,but very expensive beds, did not relise how much a mattress cost, it shows how long ago we brought one , 30 years ago. we will use dreams again if we make it to 90 and 100.

Good service as soon as we walked through the door, slightly pushy as we preferred another mattress and felt slightly pressured to buy another

It was only during our third visit of the day that any of the staff came to assist us. No further deals were offered to us.

Generally all was good and the assistant was very pleasant and helpful - however I do like to browse without a shop assistant in tow - having explained when I entered the store that I was happy to browse and call for help when needed, I did find that I was approached several times throughout the store by the same assistant while my daughter and I were just trying to decide what to buy

The only reason is that the assistant was present the whole time. This is fine except for when you are trying to make a decision between products. When I am trying to speak with my husband about which one we should get I don't need input from a shop assistant!! At this point I feel that they should just say 'I'll give you both a minute to discuss it and decide'

I ordered a Doze Luxe K Mattress and had the bed cover service plan also which comes with a mattress protector. I was told that it was fine for the mattress protector to be delivered at the same time as the mattress which is not being delivered until 29th Aug, as this is when I move into my new accommodation. I received and email from Hermes to say that I had a delivery that was ready to be delivered now! I called the store to find out if my delivery had been booked in wrongly and was assured that it was just the protector and not the mattress ....I had to contact the person that is currently living in the property to expect a delivery for me. (This is not ideal ....as I now have to rely on someone that I don't really know to take delivery of a parcel for me and make sure that it is left in the property for my arrival ....I'm not completely sure that this will go smoothly!) It would have been much easier if the two items that I had purchased could've been delivered together, when I had actually moved into the property myself!!!

Ryan came across as trying to be humorous, however this was quite annoying. the service was satisfactory, it's just his interpersonal skills that may need improving.
