I would have been more satisfied if some items were kept in store or failing that delivery could be done within a week maximum.

Everything went without any problems

Staff very helpful in finding the right mattress for me, even looking up historic mattresses to identify the one most similar to my previous one.

Price could be a bit better

I would have liked the delivery date to be sooner. I would have also like a package deal for ordering the bed frame and mattress together. They also didn’t have a small double mattress protector.

Just a normal purchase staff was pleasant and were very knowledgeable on products.

The service was efficient, friendly and timely, I don't believe that the sales assistant could have done anymore mainly due to the fact we knew exactly what we wanted do from that perspective it was an easy sale and purchase.

Had to wait about 15 minutes to get to a computer to complete the transaction, having selected a product. Only two terminals which were both busy. Not a major problem though.

The heating in the store was not working and had not been for a couple of days. There were only two terminals and it was very busy and we had to queue to place our order so the poor assistant had to make conversation with us (very well I have to say!) but our 10 year old got a bit bored.
