Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

As I cannot compare with other store's I felt it wouldn't be fair to give highly satisfied

The bed base I chose was not reduced by 20% like others I considered, but to get the material and matching headboard it was the only option available if bought with the same mattress again it would have been 20% cheaper almost did not buy for this reason

I was satisfied, Ryan was amazing, i came in to the store to have a look at what i wanted and intended to go online and find something cheaper but due to the shop assistant i wanted to spend my money there to prove what an excellent employee you have

It was good service but sometimes the colleagues can be pushy and intimidating. They try their best but I would prefer to be left to it a bit more.

number of medium/soft mattress options available to try was limited

Only one assistant on duty. We waited for 1 hour after choosing bed, for him to deal with another customer, then final complete the sale with us. Two other customers walked out because of the time taken to complete a sale with just one other customer.

time taken to take delivery

store was being let down by rubbish and clutter from shop next door and made Dreams look downtrodden

very helpful staff and very good quality products. would recommend to family and friends. would return in the near future.

Delivery slot was taken by the time we had made our decision.
