The amount of time completing paperwork was more than I expected. The assistant, Lewis, was very meticulous in making sure I understood everything I was signing which was good. Nevertheless the whole ordering process, including credit check took well over 30 mins.

Despite the store undergoing a rebuild the products were available, well described and our purchase satisfied our needs.

We had popped in and the manager was really great, we went away to think about it, came back and he was serving someone. So he got a colleague to come and help I didn't really want to be served by anyone else but he insisted. The colleague who helped us was "odd" but he couldn't work out the payments for us and quoted the wrong delivery price. By the end of the sale it was fine, we were having a bit of a laugh, but for the first half of the sale I was praying he would go away and let the manager deal with us. He kept saying it was nearly home time and he checked his phone once (it may have been to check the time not a text or missed call)

Prices were higher than my local independant retailer but availability was very good. Disposal cost of old items a little expensive.

10 out of 10 implies there is no room / need for improvement, and whilst I was satisfied with all aspects of the buying / selling "experience" there are always things that can be done to promote continuous improvement. Take this survey for instance. !!

Salesman seemed reluctant to answer some questions directly - only when pushed did the salesman admit the bed we were looking at was not the coolest one in the shop. We told the salesman we didn't want a waterproof mattress protector due to the rustling, and he then tried to sell us the most expensive one claiming it was waterproof but specially treated and didn't russle. When we looked at the sample we quickly saw that blatantly wasn't the case!
