I tried one of the tempura pillows & would have liked to have purchased one but asked if I could swapped one for the free mattress protector & paid the difference but apparently the computer said No which is not good for customer service or satisfaction so you may like to consider being more flexible in future.

As the product we ordered is not yet delivered we cannot say we are Highly satisfied but if everything goes well and this time next week when are in receipt of our mattress we will be delighted to give a highly satisfied score.

The assistant was very nice and helpful, but maybe a little bit too chatty (I was in the store almost an hour, admittedly it was a large order). All but one item was available to be delivered at my convenience, so I assumed my order would arrive with one product to follow, but this is not the case I have to wait a month for everything (8 items - 2 beds, 2 storage boxes, 2 bedside tables & 2 mattresses) due to 1 item not being immediately available.

Price on products was hard to calculate or obtain at all and store assistant had to keep assisting to find out the prices for items.

Mainly due to waiting for a PC to be available to check items and place order.

I had to ask for assistance rather than an employee approaching us. In addition, a bed side table that was in store was not available to order until the middle of February which i wanted.

I think maybe i could have been offered a little something extra (i did ask) due to paying in full on the day to the tune of £1300. But i was told no, it was already a good price and that was it.... I just think that maybe a little something like free assembley would have really added a nice touch.

There's always for improvement

We got what we were ahopping.
