Could not find bed / offer that we saw instore online, offered coffee while we placed our order but none provided

The product was not explained fully, the staff were not informed enough about the product they were trying to sell. Ben sons were far more informative.

Allowed us to view without being pushy

No specific reason. The service received was good, order processed quickly.

Not as much choice as we were hoping for as we were looking for a specific type of bed frame and have height restrictions for where the bed has to go in the bedroom.

We were quoted a discount but the computer said no!! So we had to pay £20 more than we were told

nothing is perfect

We have later found out that our mattress is impossible to buy fitted sheets for as it is so shallow. We were not made aware that it was not standard size until delivery

The specific person who looked after us lacked knowledge of the product we wanted, the order process and payment process. She did the right thing by seeking the managers assistance. But it made us a bit weary if the order will be correct. However we understand we all have to learn

I was satisfied by my experience there, i only bought a duvet set, however the staff were very friengly and easy to get on with, my only reason for not giving a highly satisfied answer, was that i don't feel we were there long enough.
