No information was given to us on importance duckboards and they seem to be important for individual adjustment. We learned about it from the internet.

previously took out aftercare insurance on a previously purchased item which should have given us 10% off a new bed. Shop assistance was unable to implement this as there was 20% off the bed already in the sale. I feel that I was conned by the previous sales person who assured us that if we did not claim on the insurance purchased that we would indeed be entitled to 10% off the purchase of a new item.

The assistant kept telling us about her mattress likes/dislikes and what she had, which I didn't feel was relevant to want we need/want

Delivery cost is very high. Over all cost of product more than I wanted to spend.

Its always difficult to be 100% satisfied, if the price's had been a bit lower, then the score would be higher, the tsore was so clean and well laid out, the staff member very helpfull, which is why I bought from the store and did not look elesewhere and would recommend to others

I just cant get excited about buying a bed. One expects a certain ;level of service and what we got was better than what is normal expected, but not out of this world better.

The sales person was distracted from my purchase due to a shortage of staff. This caused a delay in my purchase which meant that we were running late for our next appointment.
