Had to wait some time to place our order as it was busy and there was only 2 staff on duty. Also the computers were playing up so the sales procedure was taking longer than normal. Also the bed we purchased was not available until april.

I was very satisfied just not highly satisfied because I think that all customer service in the uk could be a little better. Although I have to say that the gentleman who served me provided me with very good service.

The only reason was I knew what I wanted so it easy for me to choose. The gentleman who served me was very helpful and no problems at all

I bought a matress, it's very difficult to get excited about. Highly satisfied would indicate an exceptional experience, I don't believe that's possible when buying such a mundane item

The assistant explained things so quickly that it was difficult to keep up. She asked whether we wanted to pay to have the old mattress to be taken away which we agreed to. When she was going through the order process and quickly mentioned a charge for delivery I expressed my concern that we were being charged for delivery. It was only at this point that she explain to us the delivery options and that we could only have the mattress taken away if we paid for the delivery. As we were not willing to pay that much money for the delivery of our mattress we cancelled the take away option and went for the free delivery option. The options should have been explained to us before this point.

No store would get that as in a perfect would everything would be as cheap as I wanted with free deliver, but beds are expensive and despite ads always implying free delivery, it is never the case!

I was not offered the option of sprung slats on the two beds I purchased. It was only when I got home that I realised I had solid slats. I've now been waiting an hour for the manager to call me back so that I can upgrade to sprung slats.
