agreed a final price - about to pay then told it was another £39 for delivery. I said I don't want delivery but would collect but that was not possible ! In that case the delivery charge should be included in the price , not added on at the end !!! It looks very much like a con !!!!

The only problem was the lack of terminals available which lead me waiting about half an hour to place the order as both terminals were in permanent use. This wasn't the fault of the staff, they were very helpful and Sally who served me was very good.

i)Highly satisfied means there is no room for improvement. ii) Also until the products arrive we cannot say whether they are the correct products or are up to the standard we are expecting iii) We are not certain that we will get our required delivery date

Because the experience was as expected but it didn't exceed expectation

Vicky the assistant was warm friendly and knowledgable. On the whole I was satisfied, can't say I find bed shopping terribly exciting, sorry.

They didn't do the size we wanted (super king) on the base we wanted

I purchased a bed and was looking for some furniture to go with it but the prices were far too expensive and even on an offer along with the price of the bed it was far too expensive. the staff that served us were fantastic however and knew a lot about the products available
