Because satisfied covers the experience whilst we chose a bed

Delivery options advert side free , time slot £19.99 but then told wait until day to get time slot

Did not think there was a very big range of beds to choose from

I was very happy with the service that the received.

The sales rep was slow at processing my order and missed off the old bed removal even though I specifically asked had she got everything on the order. She did not have the full knowledge on how to process an ex demo bed through the till and also she could not work out the 20% deposit discount for the finance - I had to work it out for her!!!

I had to call an assistant over for help despite there being no-one else in the store. I wasn't asked if I wanted sprung slats when I placed the order & had to ring up afterwards to ask for this.

Our needs were met - that is about all

Very satisfied with Lewis who served us and with the speed of delivery. Thought that it was a bit of a pain having to pick separate mattress from bases as the complete divans in our price range were too hard or soft. Also paying extra for draws etc.

A quick and easy service with plenty of options .
