When I arrived I was told this particular mattress was not suitable and to look at the coils they will not be comfortable. That’s fair enough but when I said I wanted to pay for something on a budget I was told why would I not spend money on myself and it makes me laugh how people like you buy themselves flash cars and will spend thousands on a motor but won’t spend on a mattress! I was mortified by this comment and said what would you suggest. We looked at a £799 mattress which was the showroom one left and he said oh the manager wants us to get rid of this it already had £399 on the discounted price but I wasn’t keen to pay this for an ex showroom model plus I wasn’t convinced they could roll it up into my car. I said no I’ll leave it thanks and I’ll take the middle of the range one. With that he said oh right well do what you want. I said well I am on a budget. When I come to pay by debit card he said oh I see “advanced HSBC customer are we” I said what do you mean by that? He said oh nothing and smirked.

Placed order for £2,800 on 28/12/17, as at 1st Feb still waiting for items. You initially delivered the wrong size bed, we then had to wait for you to deliver the right size bed, we have not received any of the pillows or mattress covers which are a requirement of your insurance which we purchased. Your customer services are unhelpful and you don't do what you say you'll do, we will not be using Dreams again

The only assistant in the shop seemed more interested in working on the computer. They had a lack of knowledge about the product. Tried making out she was doing us a favour. Had to phone a colleague to process the order. I could go on...
