We visited our local dreams with an idea of what we wanted. We were greeted by Nathan on arrival, Nathan was very polite and professional, we were offered the sleep match and we did do this, what a fantastic bit of kit, we choose our mattress based on this. Nathan was friendly and helpful the whole way through the process, we did not feel pressured the whole experience was very pleasant! Also Ryan was very helpful and we could see what a great atmosphere you create in store. We were offered a drink while making our purchase and everything was very covid safe. Really impressed. Ryan (the initial sales guy we saw) was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. We returned later in the week just before closing time on a Sunny Saturday and Nathan was more than happy to help us and give advice and process the order even though we ended up keeping him after closing time. Excellent staff. Well done. Really nice to see at a time when so many seem not to care.

I explained that I had been let down on an internet order by mattress man , she was extremely professional , I was offered bed test unit which resulted in an insight to matteres to consider & eventually a decision made & delivery this Friday !!!!.
