Nathan the consultant we saw was excellent

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff

We visited the Bury St Edmunds store to look for new mattresses. We were almost immediately greeted by Nathan who welcomed us into the store. He made us feel like there was no obligation to purchase anything at all times and we genuinely felt that he just wanted us to find the right product for us. The rest of the team were also very friendly but we are glad that we had Nathan to assist us.

We went into store in bury st Edmunds, we were the only customers in there. I don't like to be immediately approached as I find it quite intimidating, however the team member Lewis gave us a couple minutes to mooch around before offering to help us. He recommended we try the mattress machine (don't know what it's called sorry), although it wasn't working properly we enjoyed the experience. He then let us try multiple mattresses, some more than once, and he followed us yet gave us space and sanitised every time we tried one, we also had couch roll round our pillows to keep us extra safe. He gave us his card as we wanted a little time to discuss the value of the products as we weren't looking to spend so much, and he didn't push us at all. His friendliness and the fact he was consistent and didnt push us at all made us go back to him to order

We visted your Bury St Edmunds branch on the 29th May to be greated by a lovely lady called Julie Moran. Julie was extremely welcoming. Guided us to the silent night mattress tester. Explained all the tv frame beds. Showed us around all 3, along with the mattresses in the cheaper range to go with the bed. Julie was extremely knowledgeable and by no means pushy. Is a massive credit to your company.

The dream match was a huge help in making it easier to find the right mattress for us. And Ryan was so knowledgeable and friendly whilst helping us find what was right for us.

Your colleague Ryan was polite and friendly. Put me at ease. Very helpful and informative and gave me good advice to help me make my decision on which mattress to choose. Found the whole experience a 'Dream'!

The customer service we were provided was fantastic and couldn't be happier with the member of staff we had to deal with. He took the time to find out what sort of mattress we needed and advised us to choose the right mattress for us
