Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

The store was lovely and clean, I was offered help at my own time, I didn't feel pressured at all into buying anything, every single member of staff, especially Nathan, was extremely helpful and polite and I wouldnot hesitate in recommending this store again.

Nathan was brilliant at taking us through the process of choosing a mattress. He took time with us, gave us lots of information but also didn’t make us feel pressured. We left feeling confident we made the right choice

Service was excellent the shop assistant was incredibly helpful and did not pressure us at all, he gave advice when asked based on our particular circumstances

The salesperson was very attentive and knowledgeable. We were shown various mattresses which might suit us and at various prices. The social distancing was very well managed and surfaces that we touched or were about to touch were sanitised well. The total experience made us feel comfortable.
