Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

Ryan the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy or overbearing - after using the sleep machine he showed be all the options available inline with the sleep machines recommendations and my own preferences and explained the features of each option clearly and concisely. After I made my selection the ordering process was easy and quick and a delivery date to fit in with my schedule was not a problem. I admit I had only gone in store to look at options available for a new mattress and am really please I made a purchase. Ryan made it all simple and quick and did not pressure me in anyway to buy. Ryan and his colleague where polite and helpful to myself and other people who came into the store and everyone was made aware of your COVID-19 procedures and everywhere that people touched items or tried beds were quickly and efficiently sanitised. I would highly recommend Dreams store at Bury St Edmunds - the customer service was excellent and they should be very proud of themselves. As a Customer Service Manager myself I despair at companies that do not recognise the need to have this skill. Thank you for doing it so well.

The social distancing and overall cleanliness under the current circumstances was excellent. Together with the assistants friendliness and knowledge.

The person who served us listened to our requirements, obviously had many years experience in selling beds and was patient as we worked out what we would like to buy. We came in to the shop to browse but ended up buying!

Really happy with the service. We went to go and buy a TV bed, which were right at the front and it was exactly what we were looking for. We were also pleasantly surprised it was also on sale so we were able to upgrade. The store was busy but Ryan was able to assist us.

Julia was very helpful and knowledgeable about Dream’s products which allowed my son to make an informed choice of which bed frame and mattress would suit his needs best, all within our budget!

Nathan was very helpful & pleasant but also gave us space so didn’t feel pressured or pestered.
