We were purchasing a bed for our daughter and the assistant spoke to my daughter, asked her questions instead of through us which I liked but also spoke in more detail with us regarding the mattress

The sales assistant, Nathan, showed excellent product knowledge, friendliness, and took great care with sanitising.

We went it just wanting to try out some mattresses and came out buying one! Ryan our salesman was super helpful and we went straight onto the Sleepmatch testing bed which was superb! After this Ryan showed us 6 matched mattresses and was very informative.
