Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

We were met at the entrance of the Bury St.Edmunds branch by a representative named Nathan who was absolutely brilliant. We have a difficult teenager we needed to get a bed for and he took her under his wing and after checking which mattress type was suitable for her, walked us around the shop until she found her perfect fit. I can't praise him enough.

Great staff, great product choice, excellent measuring system and reasonable prices. It doesn't come much better.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful and gave me great advice in making my decision. I wasn’t rushed in making that decision in fact they offered me water and gave me space and as much time as I needed. The chap that looked after me couldn’t have been more helpful 10/10

The sales people were very welcoming and friendly. My daughter couldn’t decide which mattress she wanted and they let her keep trying them over and over. They were never pushy or fed up. I felt they wanted her to choose what was right for her
