Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

I was looked after well by the staff and didn't have to wait long for assistance. Social distancing and cleanliness was well in place. I received good advice and it was easy to find the sort of product I was looking for. The only blip was when I went to pay and the computer froze in the middle of the transaction so I had to wait a while for IT to sort it out. Obviously, this was not the assistant's fault, purely technical. Delivery date was quick, expecting delivery this coming Wednesday 21st April.

From the moment we stepped foot in the store we felt comfortable and relaxed. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and helped us to find our perfect bed. Excellent service!

From entering the store, the manner, politeness, helpfulness, professionalism and knowledge of the staff member who we dealt with was outstanding, we were not rushed, make up structure of varying types of mattresses were explained, we were able to try and test various types which enabled us to make a decision.

I was pleased to know that my old matress would be recycled. That I would not have to lift the old or the new matress.Also there would be notice of delivery before the itm arrived.

It was a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly 🙂

Julie was amazing at the bury st Edmunds store. She was so friendly and lovely. She took Our needs into consideration and was very patient. There was not pressure to purchase and she made us feel well informed. She was very knowledgable about all of the products and we left feeling happy that we had made the right choice for us. A great experience!

The assistant was super! We have used dreams before, so we are already return customers.

I arrived at store expecting a queue due to first day of opening after lockdown, no queue, attended to promptly, choices explained well, delivery dates to my convenience.

Helpful staff

The rep, Nathan, was very helpful despite being under pressure. The store fully complied with covid regulations.
