Nathan was the lovely gent who assisted me in trying to find the right mattress. Very knowledgeable, listened to my feedback about each mattress and made decisions based on this info which got to a mattress that felt very good and I have purchased. Also very good at explaining things and making it a smooth experience despite all the covid difficulties
