From the moment we entered the store Nathan made a normally dull shopping trip and great experience with a range of knowledge and the eagerness to get to know us as individuals to develop an understanding for the correct product we were looking for. We felt comfortable and well looked after throughout our time in the store!

Never brought a bed before, told Nathan that when we walked through the door and he explained everything about beds to us, really helped. He knew everything. The best thing was he wasnt pushy like other places where they just want you to buy a product and try and swing it using intrest free credit. Nathan came over explained store policy about covid. Explained about beds and what we would be looking for, he advised us where the recommended beds were. Then said I leave you to it. If you want to try any or any questions I'll just be over there. When it came to trying them he got us all the covers and sprayed everything. Explained a bit more about the bed. Even when we said we needed to think and go for a wander he was lovely not pushy. Dreams bury at Edmunds was very clean and complied with the Covid guidelines. From the second we walked into the store a colleague approached us at the entrance and was quick to say he wasn’t there to be that annoying sales man but to provide us with the safety procedures the store had in place. I found the welcome a nice start to my shopping experience. He then asked if we would like to be shown around and if not to give him a wave and was very friendly, I believe him to be named Nathan or Nathaniel but his customer service is and was a credit to your company! After looking through the store and selecting a bed, we gained his attention again and asked a few questions about the product and he was quick to answer anything he knew and was quick to go and find out anything he didn’t. Lovely store, perfect service and good delivery time also. We were in need of a bed quickly and the delivery time was around ten days straight after lockdown and during the Christmas period, very happy with everything!
