From the moment I walked into the shop, I was greeted with a welcoming good morning from the staff member. I was explained about the social distancing and hand gel. After explaining what was looking for, I was shown a variety of mattress. All my questions were answered. Which made my decision much easier to what mattress would suit my needs. All in all a pleasant experience!.

Lovely and welcoming. The store was very catered for COVID-19 and I felt very save. The workforce were lovely and listened to our needs. A very productive visit.

The lady that served us, sorry can't remember a name was really helpful, made sure we knew the safety procedures, asked questions to make sure she understood our needs and then gave us info about all our options. Great service

First cleaning stations were in place with a 2 metre rule, bottles of drinking water offered. When trying out beds paper covering laid down and spraying of bed once laid on. Curtis the sale person very pleasant, not pushy and knew what he was talking about and nothing was too much trouble.
