Lewis took the time to find out what we were looking for, as a couple we needed a bed to suit us both and he had us spend 3 minutes on the sleep machine which we found an interesting experience. It provided a number of options for us to try out and after trying them all we selected bed no2. Lewis explained everything clearly when we placed the order telling us about the 40 night trial in case the mattress turned out not to be OK, including that we needed to ensure an acceptable mattress cover was used which is recommended in any case.
