Very satisfied with the service received. Nathan(Bury st Edmunds store) was extremely knowledgeable on the products he was selling, very friendly and welcoming, and his enthusiasm and humour cheered our day up!! He deserves a pay rise!

I was greeted immediately I entered the store and was shown (and tested) many examples of what I asked for - a firm mattress. The assistant (Nathan) was friendly and knowledgeable about the products and I felt under no pressure to buy anything. The item I chose was my choice.
