Excellent service great salesman

We came into store (Bury St Edmunds) with our two children one being disabled (profoundly deaf) so needs me to sign etc, we was greeted by Nathan who was incredibly kind and caring with a lot of patience, we was regularly offered refreshments even the children. Nathan’s knowledge of all your products and customer needs were second to none.

From the moment we entered the store to the moment we left, the whole team were very welcoming and friendly. Nathan was great and walk us through all the different options we had, he was very knowledgeable on the products and allowed us time to discuss on compare without being over bearing. The whole experience was pleasant and effortless.

From the moment my wife and I entered the store we where treated with the upmost care and hospitality. The COVID measures put in place where impressive and well explained. Nathan(employee) took the time to explain why we should use the sleep match bed to recommend the best range of mattresses to suit both our needs. He also explained each mattress we tried in turn from the material used and type comparing styles to other mattresses, to explaining the different finance options available to make sure we had all the information to make the right decision for us. His enthusiasm was infectious and we left the store knowing more about mattresses and our own comfort needs. We really didn’t know what a fun and pleasurable experience shopping for a mattress could be.
