We were welcomed into the store, we had booked an appointment, the staff were very knowledgeable and helped us make what we think is the right choice of both the bed and mattress to suit our needs..... we really didn’t have a clue before we walked in! All this bearing in mind social distancing and health and safety, I was impressed 😊

Upon entering the store all the staff were engaged with customers but they briefly spoke with us detailing how long they would be and a matter of minutes later we were being dealt with. Made use of the mattress selector technology and was very pleased with choices that it provided. Having selected a mattress the process of ordering was very quick and delivery was a matter of a week. Friendly staff and good I.T. Made this a pleasant trip.
