from entering the store Julia made us very welcome and listened to what we wanted. She then explained the process of trying the mattress selection machine and showed us the results. She then explained the features and benefits of each selection very well with really good additional anecdotes about the factories where they are made demonstrating excellent product knowledge. Having spent many years trying to get retail staff trained on products (in a different industry sector) I can honestly say she delivered!!

Colleague was highly friendly and well informed. I had visited the store previously so I had an idea of what I wanted, but he gave me every assistance in firming up my needs and getting the order placed. I will have to reserve comment on the products until they arrive but until then, I am Very Happy with everything.

I knew what I wanted before going to the store as had looked online, but wanted to view before I bought. As I knew what I wanted the lady was not pushy, trying to persuade me to look at other, possibly more expensive items. She listened to what I wanted and was very helpful in finding and showing me what I wanted, giving advice when asked.
