We was greeted as soon as we arrived to the store and asked what we was looking for the lovely lady explained all the options available to us and showed us the different options that we had. I was very happy with the display of products as I had already looked online it was nice to see the products in person and to be shown around by friendly staff.

Julia was an extremely knowledgeable and very helpful member of staff. This was highly evident in her having to think a little bit outside the box when the mattresses that the machine had recommended didn’t fulfil both my wife and my needs. She was able to point us in the direction of a mattress that met all the requirements on price, firmness, softness, cooling ability and comfort. Her selection of pillows also raised a very interesting series of questions and resulted in me purchasing the exact same below that she had recommended that I consider trying. Having now use this pillow for 10 days, I’m already starting to feel the benefits and now can’t wait to add the mattress to the pillow and see if this further improves my sleeping.
