Our experience could have not been any better. This is the first time that we have bought a mattress so it is safe to say that we were absolutely clueless on what to look for! We were welcomed straight away by Nathan who blew our minds with his friendliness, knowledge and motivation to help. We felt safe to try the mattresses in this COVID era and we saw Nathan as a friend rather than a salesman. This was important for us as this felt like a huge decision and Nathan was there to guide us to buying the most suitable mattress. Nathan is a down-to-earth guy who is a credit to your store.
