Nathan showed us lots of different types of mattresses with different fillings. From highly priced to much cheaper options and we were able to chose what was best for my disabled mothers physical problems getting in and out of bed plus her comfort.

I had a wonderful experience with Julia at Dreams in Bury. She took time and was patient and experienced in guiding me to select a mattress. She was warm and friendly and very kind to my elderly parents especially as the hitachi application took vastly long as unfortunately their server had crashed. Julia and her manager were brilliant and I will definitely return to their store again as the service was outstanding.
