We were really satisfied with our visit to dreams in bury st edmunds, the assistant Nathan was so helpful, took time to find the right product, explained everything really well, looked after our needs really well, offering us water giving us time to chose, explained things very clearly in a professional and polite mannner, The store itself was very cleaning and brilliant social measures in place, would recommend to friends and family.

I had the wonderful Julia serve me, I wasnt planning on purchasing a bed the day I went into dreams but the wonderful Julia was so helpful in your Buty St Edmunds store I couldnt not! I also felt very safe as Julia kept her distance and explained everything that Dreams is doing to ensure everyone's safety! Overall a 10/10 for her service, just waiting for the bed now I'm very excited! Thank you Julia and her team!
