Ryan was great from the very start! He was understanding and helpful of what we wanted. He didn’t rush us when we were being indecisive and reassured us that it wouldn’t be a quick decision. He spent time talking with us through each bed recommended by the SmartSleep, which was super helpful!

I was greeted warmly by Ryan. Having never tried mattresses before buying, I was impressed by the Sleeptalk machine. Hygiene process was thorough during my visit. Mattresses were available in my price range and upon expressing my interest in a bed frame, options were provided. I ended up buying a bed that I did not consider online as the colour was very different from the picture and ended up being exactly what I was after. Purchasing was a quick process and I was offered a free mattress topper and half price assembly.
