The customer service was great. The social distancing guidelines and health and safety were clearly in place, with hand sanitizer available as soon as I walked in. I was welcomed at the entrance and quickly moved on to the sleep match where I was told which mattress would best suit me. I was impressed with the knowledge of the shop assistant in knowing what would be best for me when telling her what I struggled with most on my current mattress. When trying the mattresses we were given the paper sheets to lay on the mattress and sprayed afterwards which I thought was great health and safety precaution. The first mattress I tried was great, but the assistant pointed me towards another one which was much better and at the same price as the first one. It was clear that she had my best interests in mind when selecting which mattress would best suit me. Overall I came away from the shop very impressed with the visit and would definitely recommend it to anyone else who is looking to replace a mattress or bed.
