The customer advisor took time to find out what I was looking for and helped me find the right mattress for me, that was comfortable and wouldn't aggravate my condition. They were extremely helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about the various products that may be best for my needs. I was extremely pleased with the products I bought and the price I got them for.

The member of staff was attentive and knowledgeable of the products. Options were shown that suited our needs and the whole visit presented in a professional yet friendly way .A good sense of humour is always welcome. The products looked well made and very suitable for our needs. All the items that took our interest have been demonstrated with lots of detail described so we were able to make decisions without any doubts or second thoughts.
