The member of staff was attentive and knowledgeable of the products. Options were shown that suited our needs and the whole visit presented in a professional yet friendly way .A good sense of humour is always welcome. The products looked well made and very suitable for our needs. All the items that took our interest have been demonstrated with lots of detail described so we were able to make decisions without any doubts or second thoughts.

I visited the store with my elderly mother. We were very impressed with the whole experience. My mother had been shielding due to covid and we felt all precautions were taken in store to keep us and staff safe. The sales team were extremely courteous and helpful.
