Ryan greeted me right by the door and explained the protocol of the Covid 19 and the procedure for trying out the beds. He was very approachable and made me feel very safe and did his very best in trying to get a suitable alternative for the bedframe I wanted as the others would of had a long wait for delivery. He was very knowledgeable about the type of mattress that I was after and I totally fell in love with the mattress that he said I would be comfortable on. Water was ofred whilst he caried out the paperwork and payment. All in all a very good experience despite the difficult circumstances.
