Very professional sales support New his products Courteous, wasn’t pushy but ran through perfect sales pitch talked me into buying the extras and I still came away feeling happy with the deal Hope the product lives up to the professional sales pitch!!

Myself and my husband are elderly and disabled. Our daughter (also our carer) was with us. Ryan was extremely sympathetic to our needs. Did not rush me despite my disability impeding my speed in being able to test mattresses. Neither did he pressure us into a sale. Upon arrival we were advised of the help available and social distancing/sanitising in place and offered free bottles of water should we need them. We were then left to browse at our on pace and were not followed round the store, unlike in some other stores. Ryan only advised us on the different beds and mattresses when we asked which made us feel more comfortable and relaxed than in other stores. Ryan even carried the mattress protector and recycling bags for our old bed out to the car and helped my daughter lift my mobility scooter back into the car at the end of the visit.

This was my first visit, Nathan at the Bury store was very helpful talked me through all the choices of mattress, from the sleep machine. I found the whole experience stress free and felt comfortable, wasn't pressure into anything.
