Love the appointment service. Staff were very helpful, store was clean and good social distance/Covid procedures in place. Only disappointment was no daybed with trundle to view so just hoping it’s as good as it looks online. Would definitely use dreams again

I think the chap was Rob. He was charming, helpful, patient, gsoh. Lovely man even though he didn't give me a new pillow. They were. Nice but couldn't afford one.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff

Nathan who helped us during our visit to the store was polite and enthusiastic . he as clear and concise in telling us about the products and about the social distancing in the store ,

Nathan was very attentive, made me feel safe and was very informative. I was made to feel very comfortable and he is a lovely chap who never once put on the hard sell. He was also chatty and made it feel less about a possible pressured situation to choose the right bed and more like a relaxing and at times funny experience. Great guy and an asset to Dreams.
