Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

We were very satisfied. Even though the staff members were busy & only had 2 members on shift, they were both extremely helpful, polite & friendly. The female member was quick to welcome us & made us aware of the safety procedures they had. She told us that she training to complete so couldn't serve us, but would be happy to answer any questions & that Nathan would be with us shortly. We had a look at the beds & Nathan greeted us. He told us of the safety precautions that were in place & offered us water. He went to help another couple complete their order & would be back soon. We found a frame but hadn't considered getting a mattress. We started to look for one anyway. As we were browsing, the female staff member asked how we were getting on & we had a lovely conversation. Nathan was with us quickly & began putting our order together. Nathan was very helpful & informative. He definitely went above & beyond for us. He was dashing about trying to meet everybody's needs, from us to the other couple in store, to making sure the people waiting outside were aware they could enter shortly. Nathan done all of this whilst being 100% professional & followed all of the safety guidelines.

We are living in strange times and so I was the only customer in the store, but Nathan made me welcome and did all the correct things regarding Covid 19 (I would class myself as a professional as I have been driving for the Suffolk out of hours Dr's service during this crisis some am very aware of clean as you go and social distancing) He made me feel as ease and invited me to use you bed "Measurement" machine. And this gave us colour coded results so I knew what mattresses I was looking for straight away. we tried different one's and I was encouraged to lye on different sides. And I could tell that Nathan has been very well trained but he used words that for me were simple and easy to understand Marshmallow being one. We then selected a base and then we went through to ordering process and each step was explained at pace that made me feel comfortable. I did not feel pressured or less knowledgeable at anytime. I worked in a shop when I started mt working career and so understand you have to get to know the customer but not to over do it. Also feedback is the best way of moving a business forward. I would say 10/10. I left feeling happy with the sale Thank you Paul
