When entering the store we were made welcome straight away. We were advised on the social distancing measures and offered mask and gloves if we wanted them. We were also offered bottled water. The shop assistant then asked when we were looking for. Straight away were taken over to the sleep match and given protective covers for pillows and mattress. Once we had been matched we were shown to the mattresses, the shop assistant gave us lots of information about the how they were made which I thought was great. Once we had selected our mattress we went to look at the tv beds. We were able to test them all out and picked the best one for us. The shop assistant was very helpful and explained how everything worked. We were then shown over to place our order. Thank you for your great customer service during this crazy time. Very happy with the service.

Julie was friendly, pleasant and informative. Listened to our needs and helped us make informed decisions. Her product knowledge was second to none.
