We were very satisfied with our visit to Dreams, we got the mattress we were after and unfortunately could not find the right bed frame but the mattress was the priority, so really happy. The staff, especially Julia, were really helpful, knowledgeable and catered for all our needs.

I originally visited the store to order a particular bed I had seen online, unfortunately that bed had no delivery date available and was going to be potentially 8+ weeks. The store manager and Store assistant Nathan were very helpful in finding me an alternative that was suitable and could be delivered sooner. Very helpful and friendly, everything explained very well and was very pleased with my experience.
