Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

I originally went last year to start looking for a new bed and mattress. I was spending a lot of money and Nathan was extremely helpful but I couldn't decide what I wanted. In the interim I bought a bed and mattress for my daughter and son-in-law from Dreams. Again nothing was too much trouble for Nathan and he spent lots of time helping them choose. I returned once the shop re-opened last week and again Nathan had endless patience and was very knowledgeable about all the products. Offered hot drink (last year) and bottled water this time together with all the sanitisers etc. He appears to really enjoy his job, making sure all the customers are being attended to, not pushy or disinterested he's very pleasant and nice to deal which is why I sought him out when I made my recent purchase, he's a real bonus to your company

Nathaniel who helped us was amazing. Very professional understood our needs and budget. Was lovely to our children and couldn’t be more helpful. Gave us space to discuss purchase. Really enjoyed our experience our first time all together in a shop and felt safe and shop immaculate and clean

We have prior experience of owning a dreams mattress and have had several years of satisfaction of the product that’s why we have opted once again in dealing with dreams.

Nathan was super helpful and friendly. He offered us drinks took us through the use of the sleep analyst machine . Had a good sense of humour. When we come back to dreams for our next purchase we would 100% like to deal with Him again.
