My wife has been suffering with back problems for over a year now and a new mattress is the only avenue we have yet to venture down. We were shown around the store and given a virtual diagnostic test to determine exactly what kind of mattress would be ideal to our Individual needs. This was extremely impressive and proved successful. I can not thank the staff enough for their assistance, product knowledge and for their expertise and for their time, as the showroom was fairly busy on this day. A special thank you to Ryan for providing the personal side and adding the finishing touches. An overall enjoyable experience and the cappuccino's were lovely.

Service was excellent, although youtemper rep when called about the modification service was extremely unhelpful to your staff members.

We were greeted by a very friendly colleague who explained all the different types of mattress and recommended we were measured to see which level of comfort we required, which was very helpful. From the result we were able to select the right mattress for our requirement. The colleague had personal experience of the mattress we chose, so we hope that our selection is right. He explained which company manufactured the mattress, particularly that the mattress is made in the uk.and that the mattress will be made to order. The Store was clean and tidy and other staff checked that we were ok even when our colleague was making us coffee. The sale paperwork was completed in an orderly manner.
