Nathan at Bury St Edmunds was very knowledgeable about the products, he answered all our questions and was very patient with us. After much deliberation we chose our beds leaving ourselves a short amount of time to sort the order. Nathan was very efficient and we were very happy with the service and my partner still got to watch the rugby in time!

The Assistant, Ryan, was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my. Also very aware that I have health issues which require understanding. He took all of it on board when recommending my options, giving me the option of using Sleepmatch which was most helpful. I was very impressed by the store and the staff and would certainly return in future should the need arise.

Sales assistant checked what we needed, talked us through all options available and allowed us plenty of time to try out all suggested options until we were happy with our choice. Very happy and friendly service.

Was pleasantly surprised by friendliness of staff as I had vowed never to go to Dreams again after my last visit approx 8 years ago when staff were most uncooperative and refused to help me carry my purchases. What a turn round. Well done Dreams and especially Julie who was most knowledgeable.
