Excellent service and friendly staff

As soon as we entered the store in Caerphilly we were met by Dee who immediately took care of us. We had a sleep analysis done on her recommendation. Tea, Coffee and water were offered. Very understanding to our needs and budget. Was able to offer a good selection of beds which met our sleep analysis results and budget. We are already planning on returning to the store to see Dee for further purchases. We can’t express enough how helpful Dee was. Extremely professional and courteous.

the staff were very affable , offering us a warm drink very pleaasant manner and we asked them about deliveries before they had chaance to ask us . All in all it was all very comortable as we were to olddies and evferiy elp wads given us to find the matresws we needed thanks a lot to your dream team , sorryt about thaat

I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of your staff but also by the use of technology to match me to a mattress type and give me a range to choose from. I have struggled in the past with deciding from a brief store visit what would be most comfortable longer term. The short time to delivery was also impressive.
