The staff in branch, Steve and David, were very polite, helpful and professional. They went out of their way to help me with an urgent order, investigated options and returned phone calls before asking me to proceed to store once they knew they could satisfy my requirements. They offered the best customer service Ive experienced ion a long tome.

Greeted upon entering.very friendly staff.we said we just wanted to have a look around and if we needed help we would ask.safety regulations for covid in place.staff were very respectful and sent us on our way around the store.we looked around for our budget.me typical woman looking at beds beyond our limit as you do.we found a lovely bed and mattress.so David staff member who was lovely btw advised us to go on the bed machine as we both my husband and I suffer with different ailments.so we did so and found the mattress that suited us.feeling happy that we had bought from the right place speedy delivery slot great customer contact.beds being delivered day after tomorrow and we are so excited..quite sad but true 😁

I felt very safe in your shop and David who was dealing with me was very helpful and followed the guide lines to an excellent degree I could not fault him, found him very knowledgeable on beds and spoke clearly about them , I have been shielding for months but felt very safe thank you
