We were met with a friendly welcome . We were asked what we were looking for . Very knowledgeable with the products and which would be best for our needs.the sales advisor asked if we would like a drink which was a ni e touch . Really appreciated that . The journey from the time we entered the store ,bought what we needed and left was excellent and in my eyes, how a customer should be treated . Thank you very much and certainly would return.

I usually buy online but thought I would check the levels of firmness in store before clicking checkout on my basket with a catalogue, will never but that way again!! I was ser Ed by the Dee-lightful Dee who made me so happy and conformable and talked me through my options. Dee and her colleague were very patient with me and helped me choose the best option for myself, being disabled a mattress is so important to me and boy did I not know what I was talking about but Dee sorted me out while offering me refreshments and some time to make my choice. Usually avoid sales people as don't want to be forced into buying something, no chance with the Dreams crew who put no pressure on me and just helped and listened. I will never buy from any other place but Dreams, I even took my mum to Dreams to get her new bed the following day, another very happy customer. Thank you Dreams, you really do make dreams come true❤️❤️

Lovely beds alun had great knowledge about the beds and I was able to test the mattress

Alun was amazing. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We happened to be in Caerphilly and decided to call in to the store to try out some of the mattresses I'd seen online. Alun showed us theses mattresses, and when they weren't exactly to our liking, he showed us others he thought we may like based on our feedback for the ones that we'd tried. His suggestions were spot on, and we came away having ordered a bed and mattress! My wife and I had our two young children with us during our visit and nothing was too much trouble for the staff at the store who let us use the toilet and also entertained the kids whilst we tried out beds. Excellent service and will definitely return when we next need a new bed.

Derry the person that helped us buy our bed was extremely helpful with the purchase process. It didn't feel like we were being forced into a purchase.
