We were really happy with the help we received from Richard at the Caerphilly store. He had the balance just right between being helpful and not pushy. He was very human and the type of salesman you want to buy from again. He presented numerous options and ideas and for that reason we made the purchase on the day of the bed frames we needed. I didn’t find the actual bed I’d had in mind but purchased another which was similar. Richard the assistant was very useful in pointing us to the bed and describing it. Extremely professional assistant without being overbearing as a salesman.
