We were really happy with the help we received from Richard at the Caerphilly store. He had the balance just right between being helpful and not pushy. He was very human and the type of salesman you want to buy from again. He presented numerous options and ideas and for that reason we made the purchase on the day of the bed frames we needed. I didn’t find the actual bed I’d had in mind but purchased another which was similar. Richard the assistant was very useful in pointing us to the bed and describing it. Extremely professional assistant without being overbearing as a salesman.

From the moment we walked into Dreams Caerphilly, David approached us in a welcoming and gentle manner explaining the hygiene measures, offering us water and responding to our request and reason for visiting. Throughout our visit he wasn't pushy or clichéd (which instantly puts us off buying), was ultra professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. We had already selected an ottoman bed from Tempur Bridgend and were due to order on Tuesday but David enquired about what we had provisionally selected and the colour fabric and showed us a few possibilities as alternative options. Suffice to say, by the end of our visit we'd purchased a new mattress for our daughter's room and a new ottoman super king size bed and mattress!! He was so helpful and measured in his approached listening to our needs, we felt confident in our choice. He secured a £2000 (and, for us, unexpected!) transaction because of his manner and approach to his customers. He must be commended for this.
