We were assisted by David primarily but other staff were friendly and conversed with us like we mattered to them too. We always had David nearby, close enough to look over and ask for assistance but not too close that we felt self conscious in how long we spent debating and testing mattresses.

On our visit , we were welcomed by store manager Steve who took care of our needs in a professional manner. We would recommend Dreams Caerphilly store as we felt at ease with the hygiene, friendliness and advice on the purchase of a mattress to suit both needs.
