Advisor was really helpful and guided us through the process with no pressure

The member of staff who we dealt with in store (Derry) was friendly, patient and helpful. We didn't feel pressured into buying extras and are both really pleased we chose to go with Dreams. The mattress has also just been delivered and the 2 delivery men were also lovely and helpful.

the young man derry was lovely and very helpful fair play even got us some water as the mask was making me cough . i will be returning in the next month or so for a d/bed and hope hes available

Dee was very helpful and showed us the best options available with lots of information about each bed. Very pleased with our choice.

Richard the assistant listened while I explained what we wanted (shopping for elderly parents), then gave us informed and useful information to take away and discuss with parents. No pressure to buy straight away. The store was warm, very clean and well laid out to find what we wanted very easily. Good sanitation in store.

The dreams worker Richard was very polite and caring helped me with the easiest of issues. Took time to answer all my questions. Very helpful.

The lady was very pleasant not to pushy and understood my needs it was a pleasure dealing with her. I enjoyed the option of laying on the computer bed and being assessed to my body shape and where my most problematic area. The whole experience felt very professional. I would like to add the lady worked past 7pm to deal with myself
